The hosts create
command lets you create a new host.
Example
This example creates a static host with the name prodops
and the description For ProdOps usage
:
$ boundary hosts create static -name prodops -description "For ProdOps usage"

Command options
-description=<string>
- The description to set on the host.-host-catalog-id=<string>
- The host catalog resource to use for the operation. You can also specify the host catalog using the BOUNDARY_HOST_CATALOG_ID environment variable.-name=<string>
- The name to set on the host.
Static host options
-address=<string>
- The address of the static host.
